Participation is encouraged for all the graduate and PhD students, postdocs and researchers working in the fields of Neuroscience, Immunology, Neuroanatomy and other related topics. .

A​dmissions are on a rolling basis and it is recommended that Registration Form is submitted as early as possible in order to reserve a seat. 

Candidates are required to send their current CVs along with the application form before making any payment. As the number of participants is unfortunately limited to 40 there could be a preliminary election by our International Scientific Referees. Candidates who are elected eligible to take part in the organization will get a confirmation e-mail including the payement details to finalize their registration.

IMPORTANT: Organization Committee is preciously not responsible of any early payement and candidates can not stake any claim of attendance because of their payement before getting the confirmation letter.

IMPORTANT: Students’ status should definitely be assured by written and undersigned documents from their advisors / mentors. A priori Registration Fee Payment is a very strict mandatory prerequisite for poster abstract submissions.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations for participants and guests received 12 weeks or earlier before the beginning of ​the​ Workshop will be refunded. Cancellations received 12 to 8 weeks before the beginning of a Course or a Workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to beginning of a Course or a Workshop and no shows are ineligible for any refunds.
