The venue and the major accommodations are only 30 km from the Ankara Esenboga International Airport. Faculty are met there and picked for transfers. Ground transportation by Municipal buses (BELKO) and cabs is very convenient. The organizers may arrange collective courtesy transfers to/ from the airport also for the participants if arrivals and departures coincide and yield to reasonable groups. The venue is accessible also by metro-railway and public bus.
